Similar to the 2007 and 2008 discs, it is Mac/PC and DVD player compatible, and contains photos of all the quilt and garment entries in MQX 2009, as well as the special exhibit "Real Men Can Quilt", the featured artist exhibit of Ronda K. Beyer's quilts, the Fashion Show, many candid photos of the show activities, and time-lapse videos of the Armory and Expo Center exhibit halls.
The 2009 disc has over 1400 high resolution photos of over 340 quilts and garments, plus an additional 300+ candids and 400+ of the fashion show. All of the quilt and garment photos are annotated with full catalog information.
The music for 2009 DVD sound track was performed by Painted Water, led by Ian Henderson of Seattle Washington.
