Hello Quilters,

This is not quite the same as our other newsletters, as with this newsletter comes the announcement that we are preparing for closing the North Chelmsford shop and moving onto the Internet and doing vending. This is a sad time for us, as the shop has been so much fun and we've made some great friends. The current plan is to remain open until May 19th.

However, until then, there is still a lot going on.

What's On Sale This Month

Inventory clearance sale!

April 2-21 will be 20% off.

April 23rd to May 9th and May 14-16 will be 30% off.

May 17-19 will be 40% off.

No discounts May 10-12, due to the Springtime Shop-Around

Excluded from the sale are consignment items, classes, services, Shop-Around passes, kits, fabric packs and rolls, MQX photo discs, and other items already at sale prices.

The web site has been updated reflect the sale prices.

The $25 completed discount cards apply to the fabric's regular prices, and do not reflect the discount. Therefore, to reflect the sale prices, at 20% off, a completed discount card card will cover $20, at 30% off, $17.50, and at 40%, it covers $15 of fabric at the sale prices.

We will also be selling many store fixtures that we won't need for our Internet shop. A price list will be available at the shop on Wednesday. Fixtures you want to purchase will require a 50% deposit and will need to be picked up between May 20 and May 31. Fixtures must be picked up before May 31 or you will lose your deposit.

The classroom sewing machines are for sale on the same terms as the store fixtures.

Please come in and use up your gift certificates too!

Jeff will be teaching his Printing Your Own Fabric class on Saturday, May 5th. If you saw Jeff's demo at the Chelmsford Quilt Guild meeting, and want more hands-on in-depth instruction, this is it.

The North Chelmsford shop at 2 Kennedy Drive is open 10am-6pm Monday-Wednesday and Saturday, and is open late Thursday and Friday until 8pm. Closed Sundays.
